About Us

About Novus Depot

Novus Depot is an independent online store based in Ottawa, Ontario. We stock everyday essentials — home and kitchen goods, tools, pet supplies, clothing and more — in our own warehouse and ship them across Canada at prices well below the big marketplaces.

Because we buy in bulk and keep our own inventory, we can pass the savings on to you: the same everyday products, without the markup.

Every order is packed and shipped from our Ottawa warehouse. If anything isn’t right with your order, just reach out — we’ll make it right.

Thank you for shopping independent.
