Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us first before sending anything back.

How to Start a Return
Email us at wangyulei0215@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos — we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund, your choice.
